A custom party game deck in the prompt-and-answer format — black cards with blanks, white cards that fill them — is the fastest game format to design and one of the most giftable to print. Mr. Playing Card presses these for bachelorette parties, corporate icebreakers, rehearsal dinners, and Kickstarter creators: jumbo or poker size, 300gsm black-core stock so the white cards never ghost, and tuck or rigid boxes for retail SKUs.
What you get
3.5" × 5.5" reads across a loud table and gives long prompts room. Poker size costs less and shuffles faster.
Prompts are 20–25% of the deck, answers the rest. A 500-card starter is ~100 prompts and ~400 answers; a boxed retail SKU runs 600.
Half the deck is white-faced — a black core is what keeps the printed back from showing through in hand.
Standard full-color tuck boxes from $1.19/deck at 1,000, or a two-piece rigid box when the deck is going on a shelf.

Cards Against Humanity is released under a Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 2.0 license, so personal non-commercial expansions in the same format are allowed. You cannot use its name, logo, or branding on anything you sell — so creators selling decks build an original prompt-and-answer game instead.
A satisfying first run is 400–600 cards. A tightly themed deck — wedding, work onboarding, bachelorette — works well at 200.
A 500-card jumbo deck on standard stock runs about $14.48/deck at 25, $7.69 at 100, $3.89 at 500, and $2.79 at 1,000 with a full-color tuck box.
15 decks on economy 280gsm stock with a standard tuck box, around $18.99/deck. Most personal-use customers print 25–50 and split the cost across the group.
