Can you print a small run of playing cards?
Yes — our production minimum is 15 decks. Most printers push short runs onto digital equipment with different color and stock than their production line, which means your prototype does not match your final order. We run the same stock and the same press at every quantity, so what you approve at 15 decks is what arrives at 5,000.

What sizes and card counts can you print?
Standard poker (2.5 × 3.5 in), bridge (2.25 × 3.5 in), oracle, jumbo, mini, and custom dies. Card count per deck is open — a 54-card standard deck, a 108-card matching game, or a 300-card expansion all run the same way.

How much do custom playing cards cost?
Cost depends on four things: quantity, card stock, card size, and packaging. Because those combinations change the number meaningfully, we do not publish a flat price list on this page — the quote tool prices your exact configuration in about thirty seconds.

What file format do you need for printing?
Print-ready PDF is ideal. AI and 300 DPI PNG also work. Every file needs 1/8 inch bleed on all four sides and any critical artwork kept 1/8 inch inside the trim line so the die does not clip it.
Download the correct dieline from our templates page first — building to the template is the single biggest thing that keeps a job from bouncing back at prepress.
Do you print the boxes as well as the cards?
Yes. Tuck boxes print on 350 GSM C2S coated stock with optional foil, spot UV, soft-touch lamination, and embossing. Rigid boxes and sleeves are available for premium and retail-facing products.
Shrink wrapping, cello wrapping, and custom seals can all be added at the fulfillment stage.
