What size is a standard playing card template?
A poker-size playing card template is 2.5 by 3.5 inches trim, a bridge-size template is 2.25 by 3.5 inches, and a jumbo template is 2.75 by 4.75 inches. Add 0.125 inch bleed on all four sides and keep text 0.125 inch inside the trim line.
How much bleed do playing cards need?
Playing cards need 0.125 inch (1/8 inch) of bleed on all four sides, so a poker card artboard is 2.75 by 3.75 inches. Cards are cut from a stacked sheet with slight drift, and bleed guarantees background art reaches the trimmed edge with no white slivers.
What file format should I send for playing card printing?
Send a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK with bleed included; layered AI and PSD files are also accepted. Keep logos and type as vector where possible, and place critical elements inside the 0.125 inch safe zone. Every file gets a free human review within 24–48 hours.
